how are Beam products different from other hemp products?

· Many hemp products in the marketplace are made using hemp isolate, which excludes some of the beneficial compounds naturally found in hemp. Beam products are different because they use broad spectrum hemp, meaning they contain a combination of compounds, terpenes and other beneficial compounds.

do Beam products have an expiration date?

· When stored in proper conditions (at or below room temperature, out of direct sunlight) hemp has an extremely long shelf life and is very stable. We include a manufacturing date on all of our products to give you peace of mind.

how should I store my Beam products?

· All of our products should be stored at room temperature and out of direct sunlight. Changes in color can occur in natural products, but that will not change the potency of the product.

Does Dream Powder contain caffeine?

· Dream Powder contains .003mg of natural caffeine from cocoa, which is considered a negligible amount. The amount does not counteract the efficacy of Dream nor will it have an impact on your sleep. For reference, a standard cup of coffee contains 80mg of caffeine.

· Alternatively, you can navigate to “Account” then click on “Having trouble logging into your subscription?” to complete your account creation.

can I merge accounts so all of my products can be in one place?

· Yes! reach out to VIP@beamtlc.com to let us know which accounts the emails are under and we can move those over to the desired account.
· What about my rewards? Will they transfer over? Yes, we can manually move them over for you.

What is the Beam Rewards program?

How do I refer a friend?

· You can refer in two ways. #1. When you create a Beam Rewards account, a special link and code will be generated for you. You’ll always be able to access this code in your dashboard, so no need to worry about losing it. Send your link or code to a friend– both are good for $20 on their first Beam purchase. #2 Click on the referral link located in the footer of our site (or here) to send a quick referral link.

When does the referral reward get reflected in my account?

· Once your code or link is redeemed toward an eligible purchase of $50 or more, up to $20 should be reflected in your account immediately.

How many referrals can I earn?

· There’s no limit to how many times your code can get used for first-purchase transactions (or how many friends you can send it to). You’ll earn $20 on your first referral when they make a purchase of $50 or more and receive $5 off on any successful referrals made after that.

I still haven’t earned my rewards from referring a friend. What should I do?

· If you sent your friend your link or code, it was used toward a purchase of $50 or more, and your reward hasn’t shown up in your account, please email hello@beamtlc.com, and we’ll look into it for you!

How do I redeem my points?

· When you’re ready to check out, just make sure that you’re logged into your Rewards account. You can log in here. Below your store credit card, you'll see a button to generate your redemption code. You can use this code on one-time purchases or apply it to your next subscription charge.

I accidentally created two accounts. Can I combine them?

· We got you! Email hello@beamtlc.com so that we can adjust your accounts for you.

Can I use my Rewards code and a discount code at the same time?

· You can only use one discount code at a time, as Shopify prohibits stacked discounts.

If I return my order for a refund, does my Rewards balance get refunded as well?

· This is totally up to you. You will have the ability in the Superfiliate app to deposit any refunded amount into your Superfiliate wallet.

Where can I see my Rewards balance?

· We keep all of your points activity in your dashboard. Simply log into your account and navigate to “My Wallet.”

Where does Beam ship?

· We ship to all 50 states. For shipping to Canada and Mexico, please reach out to hello@beamtlc.com.

How long will it take for my order to ship?

· Order processing takes 1 to 2 business days. After that, shipping can take ~5 business days, depending on the shipping method selected. Orders placed after 2pm ET will be processed the next business day. Once the order has processed, you will receive a shipment notification via email with a tracking number. Please note, selecting express/expedited shipping will not decrease an order's processing time.

Can I track my order?

· You’ll receive an email with a tracking number as soon as we ship your order.

Can I change my shipping address?

· Once an order has been placed, your shipping address cannot be changed. You may edit your shipping address before an order has been placed by going into your account.

Can I can cancel my order after it has shipped?

· While you can cancel an order before its charge date, we are unable to cancel an order once it has been processed. You can check your account for shipping details.

What if my order says ‘Delivered’, but I didn’t receive it?

· Occasionally, products may track as “delivered” before they actually arrive. We recommend waiting 48 hours. If it hasn’t arrived after that time, please reach out to us at hello@beamtlc.com.

What’s your return policy?

· You are welcome to return unopened items to us within 30 days of your purchase date for a full product refund. However, if you choose to return a product, you will be responsible for shipping costs as well as a return processing fee. We do not allow returns on opened items. Do I need a marijuana card or a doctor’s prescription to use Beam products?

· No, you don’t need permission from a doctor to purchase it or use it.

Are Beam’s products legal throughout the United States?

· Yes, all of Beam's products can be shipped to all 50 states.

Can I travel on a plane with Beam products?

· You can travel freely with Beam products in the United States in accordance with TSA regulations. CBD laws vary in different countries, so for international travel, please check your destination’s regulations on CBD.

· All of Beam’s products are tested in-house and by third-party labs to ensure that the right concentration of compounds is present.

Will I fail a drug test if I take Beam products with Nano Hemp?

· We take painstaking measures to remove unwanted compounds in our products. We use a complex process of chromatography and advanced third-party analytics to ensure that each lot of our products meets the rigorous standards required by our partner athletes and demanded by our customers. All of our products are put through a proprietary filtration and distillation process to remove unwanted compounds.
